Prices only after login
Neither the home page nor the Russian version shows the cost of subscriptions or crystal packs. Comparing the service with competitors “from the street” is impossible.
Crystals expire, sales are final
Under the terms, unused crystals are lost when the account is closed; “all sales are final”, refunds only in three cases and within 7 days.
The documents disagree on dates
The terms are dated “April 2025” — six months before the domain was registered; the “About” page says “April 2026”. A small thing, but telling for a service that takes money.
