What raises questions
- Prices may change unilaterally; subscribers are notified 7 days in advance.
- Crystals “are not electronic money, have no value outside the service and are not exchangeable for money”.
- aimy.PRO is mentioned in the feature list (voice cloning), but whether it is a separate plan or a subscription level is not disclosed.
Payment and refunds
- Purchases only for registered users; crystal packs and subscriptions are in the “Balance” section.
- Payment goes “through third-party payment systems; we do not store card data” (terms, section 7). The list of payment methods is not shown on public pages — not verified.
- Refunds only if the service was not delivered due to a failure, the payment was duplicated or there was unauthorised use — request to support within 7 days.
- Cancelling a subscription — access until the end of the period, no refund for unused time.
Against HoneyChat
The case for aimy.chat
